So this weekend we went to Cal Ply with Nanna and Boppie to pick strawberries and low and behold they were having a big tractor farm celebration. We saw horse back riding and Ryan was really excited and wanted to do it. While we waited to get on a horse got scared and broke off part of a fence...I thought for sure Ryan would call it quits after that...but he was still really excited. He got right on and yelled YEE HAW when he was riding. After this positive experience we have decided to enroll him in the Mommy and Me horse class that Chino Hills offers...so stay posted so you can see more equestrian Ryan.

Hikin in the State Park
After a long drive into Chino Hills State park we finally found a place to park and we took a hike (although it was more like a walk to a dirt path and trees) Our thinkin is Adam and I are putting our minds to getting back into shape and preparing for our Zion trip next month. We had alot of fun...and so did Ryan. We pretended like we were animals and Ryan was a crazy Lion who attacked us. We love to make Ry use his imagination. All in all we had a fun little outting right in our backyard!

Getty Villa And Santa Monica
Walkin on the pier
Last month I had to attend the Getty Villa for my Art Class. It was very beautiful and we enjoyed walking around and especially the outdoor gardens! Adams cousin Chelsea and he boyfriend Cole joined us. Cole is type 1 diabetic and while there he nearly passed out...he didnt want to hinder our trip and wanted to go with the flow so he did mention that he needed lunch...we scolded him and got a delicious Getty Hot dog in his belly. Also while on our way down we saw an overturned Range Rover in Beverly Hills. Adam stopped to make sure everybody was okay and then we went along our merry way. After we went to the Santa Monica pier and the boys played this ladder game and they both sucked. This chubby mexican girl that operated the ride kept doing it and made it look so easy...so the boys thought they could do it. We went down to 3rd Street Promenade and had dinner and shopped around. It was a very fun day and we are anxious to go down to the pier when they put the new ferris wheel in!

Disneyland
The Hamilton family loves Disneyland....and thanks to Adams job(s) and paramedic school he often has weekdays off so we can go and beat the crowd. Most recently we hit up California Adventure and did Tower of Terror (me and Ryan's favorite) and we did the brother bear challenge course. Ryan had a blast racing ducks...although the employee running this ride was a little weird and I kept Ryan very close....and he did a zip line kinda thing that you sit on and take off. Unfortunately Ryan has grown out of wanting to go on the cute slow rides and now wants nothing but over 42 inches rides. We measure every time for Indiana Jones Ryan is less than inches and a half aways...it will be momentous when he can finally get on. So here are some pictures from our grand adventure at the happiest place on earth.
